Porcini mushrooms and pappardelle pasta with spinach

 

1 lb  pappardelle pasta cooked al dente
3 oz porcine mushroom, cut thin, cooked in Chardonnay and butter
Cream
Sweet butter
Cooked spinach
Little sweet raspberry wine vinegar
Garnish with chives
