Gradulajara II Chile Relleno Burritos



This burrito was the brainchild of a little family market called the guadalajara market number two in San Jose California.



Prepared Chile Rellenos and refried  beans
Mexican rice
Cilantro
Hot sauce, heated
Finely chopped green onions 
Finely sliced iceburg lettuce
Finely chopped tomatoes
Grated Monterey Pepper Jack
14 inch flour giant burrito wrappers
Prepare chile rellenos ahead of time. Drain on paper towels, keep warm in a warmed oven.

Heat wrapper directly over a hot flame moving them constantly until the shell is very hot. Fill with , wrap tightly, and serve,
