1½ tablespoons unsalted butter

* Sazón is a blend of coriander, cumin, achiote, garlic powder, oregano, salt & pepper.
In a saucepan with a lid, put all the ingredients in the pot, a cover with the lid. Cook in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes on the dot. Remove the lid, add to a sheet pan to cool as the steam escapes. Avoid over cooking.
Fluff with fork,garnish, then serve warm.
