  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni , cooked “al dente”
  • 1 cup Best Foods® Mayonnaise 
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Maille  Stone Ground Country  Mustard
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • Celery, onion, green bell pepper , chopped
