Pork meatballs with Pasta

 

• 1 lb. of ground pork
• breadcrumbs, fresh
• 2 smoked bacon  fatty and finely diced
• 1 tsp Dijohn mustard 
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/4 onion, finely diced
• 1 tbsp of sage 
• 1 tsp thyme
• Salt and pepper
• olive oil
